Super gentle, very professional, and truly understands dog behavior. My pup walked out looking sharp, happy, and relaxed instead of anxious. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had recently got our Pet Luna & Skye's first ever grooming session done at Hall of Tails. They had taken really good care of the puppies and I am extremely satisfied. The staff seems well knowledgeable and able to understand the requirements clearly and helped with the grooming.

Special thanks to Siddharth for helping us and always ready to extend his support and guidance as required.

Looking forward for their next session already - Highly recommend this place.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a wonderful experience at Halls of Tails! I visited with my Shih Tzu for a haircut and bath, and I’m genuinely happy with how everything went. The owner was very kind, professional, and welcoming, and the store itself had such a calm, comfortable, and pleasant environment.

The groomer handled my dog with so much patience and care, never being rough with her. He was precise with the haircut and followed the reference picture I showed him, which I really appreciated. The owner was also genuinely warm and welcoming, making the entire experience even better.

It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel your pet is being treated with care, patience, and respect. Overall, a truly great experience! I would definitely recommend Halls of Tails to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable grooming service for their furry friends. 🐾❤️
